Payment by credit card is required upon registration.
A full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs more than 3 weeks prior to the event.
A full refund will be granted if cancellation occurs between 3 weeks to 1 week prior to the event IF we are able to find a replacement.
There is no refund if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the bonspiel start.
This is a general refund policy and the actual refund amount will be at the full discretion of the Board of Directors.
